A: The in-person sessions take place inside the New Mexico State Capitol building (also known as The Roundhouse), located at 490 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87501. - Q: How do I register for the Summit?
A: Simply go to our registration page and select the option that’s right for you. - Q: When does early bird registration end?
A: Early bird registration typically closes by May 1. - Q: Is there an event app I can download?
A: Yes. You can download it via the Google Play store or the Apple Store. - Q: Is the Summit a 2-day event?
A: The educational sessions and Annual Reception take place on the second Thursday and Friday of June. However, Community Day occurs on the Saturday after the Summit. This day features workshops and/or tours that are free and open to the public.
There are often invite-only workshops that take place on the Wednesday before the Summit, and there have been times when professional classes/trainings have been held on the Tuesday and Wednesday before the Summit. We’ve also had attendees coordinate river rafting trips, bicycle rides and hikes prior to the Summit. Along with indigenous vendors selling a variety of wares and art galleries on every street, there is no shortage of things to do while you’re in town. - Q: Is there an event hotel?
