The 2022 Summit took place on May 19-20, 2022 via a virtual event platform. The theme of the 2022 NGWS was “Growth in the Time of Drought”.
The NGWS opened on May 19th with a keynote address from Robert Glennon, a Regents Professor and Morris K. Udall Professor of Law and Public Policy at University of Arizona.
On May 20th, we were joined once again by U.S. Representative Melanie Stansbury, who had a riveting conversation with City Councilor Carol Romero-Wirth.
Sessions featured speakers from all 4 time zones of the United States and one presenter from the Middle East. There were 3 tracks offered: Live – National, Live – New Mexico and On-Demand. In total, over 350 people registered for the Summit.
